Guided meditation

While a lot of people find it really hard to meditate it really is a beautiful way to slow the mind down. Meditation brings your attention to the present moment and develops mindfulness, the ability to be focused on the here and now. This can help with managing stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health problems. By using stories from places I have visited and seen I am able to walk you on a journey in my shoes from the depts of rainforest to meadows and beaches. to guide the mind on an adventure where the goal is to send you off in a mediative state of imagination.
